2 shoot out saves, one of which was a worldy against Jorginho and he ends up on losing team - gutted.

Kuyts attempted 2 footer and Gerrard 2 footer on Naismith are the worst 2 tackles in recent times.
Admittedly EFC have most red cards since PL started (98)
Plus top number of red cards for players are Dunne and Ferguson
Pickfords was an awful challenge but was not intended - as was Sons on Gomes but EFC didn’t cry about it all season ðŸ˜.

I am absolutely gutted. I love England and I've been to see them all over the world before having kids. Genuinely thought this was it.
Southgate has done a fantastic job but I think we saw a big difference between the manager's. Mancini was brave with his substitutions whereas Gareth as usual didn't make them.
Aside from that I thought pickford was magnificent and again showed why he is England's no1. The save just before they scored I thought was one of the best I've seen for a long time but again was heroic in the shootout.
I don't blame the lads that missed the pens either. They were brave to take them when more experienced ones weren't. Bring on the world Cup next year.
