Liverpool fan here. Regarding the Digne red card. I personally don't think it was a straight red. Yes it looked bad but I don't think it was intentional. It was more of legs getting tangled than an out right challenge. Digne had just fouled walker-peters a few seconds ago, which IMO was a yellow. And the one he got a red for was also a foul, no disputing that, but don't think it was a red. I think they should have been two yellow cards for each of the two offences and not a straight red.

{Ed025's Note - then the ref should have blown up after the first challenge shavan, it looked worse than it was to me and he was back up and running within seconds mate..

I think the ref played advantage there ed. But since the tackles were in quick succession he gave it a straight red. And yes it looked worse on replay. But it could actually have been worse.

{Ed025's Note - its all subjective shavan and people will have their own agenda on the subject mate..

If Digne had carried on through instead of holding his hands up and trying to pull out, it would have been a yellow professional foul. Everton have grounds for appeal.

Did you notice how walker peters goes to have a go at Digne on the ground then suddenly starts rolling about
Oscar worthy performance there
I agree about it being yellow worthy but not a straight red!
Bosnich was giving his tuppence worth this morning saying it was intentional and he could’ve avoided it, to me Digne was struggling to get his balance, reminded me of when step on some wet wood and slide, not chance of getting that other foot down.
