Eds with stones on his way out do u have any idea if it is just cash or is there any city players involved in a swap, thanks.

Do u know if the deal that is being talked about is straight cash or cash plus player thanks.

{Ed002's Note - Manchester City will be open to including one of their surplus players (e.g. Mangala, Bony, Nasri etc.) in any of their coming transactions but it would cause a complication (in that efforts would be needed to persuade a player to make the move) and a potential delay. It is more common to separate the matters. Manchester City are keen to get the transfer for Stones sorted out - and Everton are keen on getting a replacement sorted out.}

Thanks ed, very informative as ever. As I write this I've just had a notification from Everton to say stones has been sold.

Agree I'd say the Eds are happy to put this to bed. It was. Getting boring. I would imagine a replacement is close to being announced, fingers crossed. I would like Williams and indi Martins Might be wishful thinking. I hope Stones goes on to be as good as Rodwell:)
