I thought we played well spurs are a good team but as usual we didn't finish, SD needs to have the balls to drop DCL. , I know it's not all his fault and he is isolated most of the time but he isn't a premiership striker.

What! we have loads of them to come off the bench don't we, he's living iff scraps, the crosses have been rubbish, Harrison should be dropped, and danjuma is fking waste of space, if he could actually pass a fking ball we would of got something from this game, selfish muppet, I'd give him back and not wait for them to ask, but I liked what I saw of Gomez he could if he continues the way he played today could be like a new signing, but we gave today away, just not good enough at the start.

Gomez is a class act and proved it today. Beto should have been given a chance from the start today. DCL not good enough i'm afraid.

All credit to the team and gomez played well and took a sweet goal, was ours to win just didn't happen for us and an as my wife says, just another inch would have made all the difference haha.

Gomez needs space, when he first came he had it, the Prem finds you out. Yes he is class but not 38 game class.

Gomes has been written off for the last 18 months but he had a good game yesterday. That should be the theme here, credit where it's due! Only one game, I know but still.

We have better protection in midfield now, and the defense generally doesn't need quite as much help - means Gomes can hopefully play to his strengths a little more, but he was always best in games where he had time to do his thing. Will be great in some games and useless in others but if yesterday was anything to go by, it'll be like a new signing for the second half of the season.
