I can't see Moshiri sacking Lampard even after that result. He put himself in a corner writing that letter, saying it was the fans' fault he sacked previous managers and has complete faith in the work Lampard, his team and the board are doing. If he sacks Lampard just a few days after writing that then he looks weak as well as incompetent, whereas before he just looked incompetent.

I don't understand how he's apparently made billions in business. If the board or management team at one or all of those companies were running the business into the ground, surely he'd sack them otherwise he wouldn't have the billions he apparently has. Yet for some reason he seems perfectly happy with what's going on at the club.

So depressing to watch what's happening to this once great club. Now I know how Newcastle fans felt watching an owner seemingly deliberately run their club into the ground.

I agree mate, and would like to highlight the sentance, for some reason he's running the club down to the ground? strange times indeed.

He's an accountant. Doesn't see people just numbers. Numbers don't show emotion.

He is the worst accountant in the history of accountancy in that case. He didn’t see the sustainability breach coming and doesn’t seem to realise what the numbers will look like when we get relegated.
