Same. Very inept management. No clue on selection, formation, kids development seems to have stopped, he's too critical of HIS players. But owners seem to like him.

Really disappointed RK hasn't worked but he hasn't. Players look like everygame is causing huge damage. He has lost that changingroom. His compensation at this stage is going to be huge. In my opinion has to be done. I wanted RK I'm not happy saying it.
