I was dead against Koeman as manager from the start and his tactics and selection policy has not changed my mind - we have spent 60 mill on two players in defence this year ( pickford and keane ) and we have are leaking goals big time - makes me laugh at all the posters who are still positive - until we get rid of Koeman we will go nowhere.

Unsworth is the man for me - tacticaly sound, knows the youngsters and has played for the club - nows the traditions etc - always said Koeman was a mercenary - just look at the other clubs he has managed, as soon as a better job comes along he dissappears.

the supporters of this great club deserve better - why the hell he does not give Holgate, Niasse, lookman a run is beyond me.

A big few games coming up and I think this will decide his future - lose and he will be shown the door

Please do not keep using the "tough start" as an excuse - we have to play the top 6 teams sometime - 12 games that we are resigned to get nothing or very little from.

{Ed033's Note - Is Leighton Baines at least 2 stone over weight or do i have the incorrect player in mind?

Man who where there for the taking, but we got no one up front, Koeman? give him four games, see if he tunes it around, if not get rid.

If we don't beat Bournemouth he should go.

Wouldn't be surprised if Koeman felt a bit threatened by Unsworth, given the success and respect he has at the club. He was very quick to undermine the quality of the U23's despite their successes. And its all of Rooney's angry birds that are overweight.

I have supported EFC for 45 years now- seen the good, the bad and the Mike walkers over this time - we had a golden opportunity with the money available for investment in the squad this year and we are very close to blowing it. Moshiri stated last year that league position is what interests him, well look at the current table and it is not happy reading!

I would walk over broken glass to see EFC but today was a day where I did not even look at the score until the end of the game as I already knew before kick off what was going to happen - enough is enough!

Not sure what other supporters are thinking but if we only draw against Bournemouth for example surely Koeman position is in doubt - my biggest worry is that we beat the likes of Sunderland in the cup and everyone thisnks Koeman is the messiah again.

It's one thing to be a u23 manager or assistant manager to being the main man, stats show that as there are not many that have made that transition, and that is not too imply Unsworth is not up too the job.
But Koeman is the man he will turn it around if in 4 or 5 games we don't see any improvement in performance and results then it needs to be looked at but this was a very difficult start for a team that needed time, but now is the time to get behind them more than ever and build some confidence going into the next 5 fixtures Bournemouth Burnley and Brighton are our next 3 prem games with a game against Sunderland and a Euro game. No games a gimme but the mood could be very different after that.
