On a lighter note, I'm loving life right now so impressed with what the Everton team have done so far and I guess one signing I don't agree with in the grand scheme of things could be worse :)

Just picture the first home game of the season, Rooney warms up to come on as a substitute. The crowd roar, the likes of which haven't heard since bug Dunc's testimonial.

He comes on to an even bigger roar from the crowd.

His first touch breaks the sound barrier, but wait he running onto a ball, takes it past one, then another, draws his right foot back and smashed it into the back of the net.
