Yes rm needs to go but we also had 11 spineless bstards out there playing last nigh don't blame rm for everything as I say those players last night were a disgrace and spineless.

Yes they are Professionals and we do not know what goes on behind closed doors but all I/ we can see quite clearly despite the rhetoric, the players are just not playing for Martinez. I totally blame Martinez and his Staff, far from 'getting' Everton he and his incompetent Wigan Staff (no it is not too harsh) have sucked the life out of the Squad. Last season we failed because of Europe, this season it is because of the FA Cup. Never wanted Martinez, have mates at Wigan so already knew about his methods and obstinacy before he arrived and was dreading it. I am not happy and yes totally blame Kenwright and Elstone. One is a hopeless romantic and the other (well I can't print it) .

If the players are not playing for Martinez then they should be even more ashamed of themselves and return their match day wages. What a joke. They are supposed to be professionals for god sake. How childish can you get ' I don't like the manager anymore so I'm not playing' what about the thousands of fans who turn up week in week out to watch their hero's play for their team. The thousands who contribute to the players massive wages. These guys are adults. Whatever their feelings towards each other when they get out on the field they should suck it up and get on with the job regardless.

Listening to TS this morning Ray Wilkins asked Mick Quinn 'have you never played for a manager' his answer was NO so I'm not sure its just that, his other point was 'You play for the fans that pay the money and turn up in their thousands home and away!
