So, John Stones has handed in a transfer request. Well, in that case the sooner he's gone the better - no point in trying to keep a player who doesn't want to be here. Just get as much money as possible for him and hope we have time to spend it wisely. If he's in the Chelsea team (assuming he goes there) when they play us in a few weeks, I wonder what sort of reception he'll get - mixed at best I'd imagine. Rooney gets stick, but we HAD to sell him at that time - with Stones it's him (or his agent) wanting to leave.

wotever happens I hope we do everthing we can to stop him going chelsea man city arsenal manu and many top clubs must be interested
