Does anyone know if any clubs are looking at Terrence Kongolo?

Would love us to sign him

Kongolo is a very good young player, but he's good in the Eredivise. Its like the Mangala situation. Looks good in a lesser league.

Also, like the Mangala situation, he will most likely (if he is any good) go to a top club.
