Ed 25 what do u make what brands said i still think we will bring someone in maybe striker but need to shift first basically.

{Ed025's Note - i would be guessing bretto, but a striker makes the most sense mate..

I think he was very honest. If we do bring in a striker, which will be difficult, it’ll be because we have sold one. Niasse maybe. But with Richarlison playing up top a lot I don’t see it being a certainty.

Agreed that we desperately need a goal scorer and if Oumar goes I guess it frees a place up in that specific position (? ) but if it's the choice between paying over the odds for a mediocre hit man now rather than waiting until the Summer I'm kinda leaning with Mr Brands tbh. Now saying that, if someone who isn't getting game time elsewhere is available and isn't going to cost an arm and a leg on a loan etc then why not? I know, I confuse myself at times lol.

I think Brands is meaning if Gana leaves then a replacement would then be made. At the moment it sounds we are asking for a high figure which would allow us to get a suitable replacement (Doucoure) . Niasse will go as he doesn’t have a future at the club. Along with other surplus players if the correct offer is made we will let them go.
I don’t believe there are strikers out there at the moment available who meet our profile.
