Not necessarily Evertonfanatic. Just because we are 'interested' in both doesn't mean we are trying to sign both. We need one even if Ross stays. My guess is there is plenty of targets lined up for each position. Not just one.

Even if we signed both doesn't mean we wouldn't keep Ross, we need depth with the campaign ahead and would give Koeman good options to change games, just my opinion.

Good replies NBTB and Southern Toffee, We need plenty of back ups so we can get the desire to play a full season back into our team, not switch off like they have done too many times this season just gone.

Exactly Grumpy get the complacency out of the team and install hunger and desire!
Does also need to be the right type of player, those that want to kick on and get into the team and not those that are happy to warm the bench! And also not the sort who wants to continually air their dirty laundry in the media! I am fed up of the Lukaku show and although appreciate his goals I will be glad to draw a line under it when we finally get rid!
