Just a thought on the Swiss lad maybe he is watching stoke with a view to joining them, inter apparantley want him out so it's possible they have forced his hand, but since going to stoke, Everton could have thrown there money in and now the lad will have a choice! Could be having a chat with Hughes then coming to have a chin wag with whoever is doing our negotiating at the moment! Or maybe just maybe we are not interested at all, who knows :-)
Personally I would be happy with him or maybe Honda if those rumours are true!

I don't think Austin is the answer he has too many injuries for my liking apparently he has no cartledge left on one knee prefer someone not as injury prone we have enough of those already.

After that first game it is obvious (except to Bill and the Board)that it is not just playing personnel that need changing. From tactics to physical training (multiple hamstring injuries) it was obvious last season and even more so after one game that Roberto nice man that he is, has no clue about coaching and managing a big Club like ours. The next 3 games will show how serious Everton Football Club about progressing.
