Reports David dein to join the Everton board after helping introduce moshiri to the club

I'd take that experienced and has a good reputation in the game think he was once the fa chief exec or had a major role at the fa also helped the gunners in moving to a new stadium the man obviously knows how to get things done so get him in I say.

Something strange is happen there are now reports that David Dein may come on board, now I may be reading to much into this but here is my take on what happens prior to Moshiri buying in.
Reports were going around that usmanov was buying Everton this was in Russia in February this was just tabloid talk though, however not long after it was announced that it was Moshiri who sold his shares to business partner usmanov to give R&W Holdings to 30%.
David Dein was the man who is active in R&W Holdings along with Moshiri before he bought us, now David Dein introduced Moshiri to kenwright, if David Dein does come on board then this makes it even more likely usmanov won't be far behind, the aim was for R&W Holdings to have full control of Arsenal.

Speaking with a couple of my kopite mates here and usually I don't take much notice of them but these two are speaking a bit of sense. they tell me the atmosphere at anfield has been poor for a couple of years and since they got kiopp who we can't argue helps get the crowd going their place has lifted and without any new players fans manager and players all rub off on each other (eye eye sailor) they're telling me they think we have a decent squad and with a few additions and a manager that can lift us all we would be a force

Got to say can't really argue with them

I'm also thinking could pellagrini do that I would have a bit of doubt maybe I'm wrong.

For me this plot has just thickened a little I'm not by any means "in the know" but judging by what I am reading it looks like moyes, pellagrini because the echo are saying we have already spoke to both of them or an outside bet the echo are saying we haven't had any contact with fdb which says a lot to me all the others emery, Rafa, jose, koeman have fallen by the whey side

I still think it will be pellagrini but who knows it really could be someone we have never mentioned

But like I said yesterday we are Everton and we give you a chance so whoever gets the gig on our first league game at Goodison park in August will have 40.000 toffees right behind him giving him our full support.

I'm like everyone else when it comes to who our new gaffer will be I ain't got a clue who it will be we could even be suprised with a manager not even in the so called running and as the days tick by the long list of names start dwindling away koeman, emry, the waiter, jose all seem to have chosen the path they would like to walk we are by the way only guessing that these guys were on our list so I wouldn't get to down hearted because like I say we don't know

But as a 25yr season ticket holder I do know one thing whoever gets the job to manager our beloved blues we will give them a chance be it pellagrini, fdb or mr bean hey even David moyes we are Everton and when you come on board we give you a chance we might get one or two keyboard warriors giving it large but on that first league game at Goodison park in August who ever is lucky enough to get the job will have 40.000 toffees right behind them

That's all we can do
And
What we will do!

Just feel obliged to say this so here goes

After the sheer class we showed yesterday before the game then more class during the game by keeping a lid on the protests and supporting the team then after the game we showed it again with a fairly dignified good mannered protest that all sit well with me but I have to say seeing the video of our fans ripping Bobby outside the ground after the game sits a bit uncomfortable with me il tell you why whatever my thoughts on his tactics and management he's one of us and it's simple as that I feel for the man when I see shit like that were all fighting for the same cause it's just most of us disagree with him had to get it off my chest because I don't like it as far as I'm concerned them idiots don't represent me yes I want change but not like this and if anyone wants to know why then like I said before because he already knows how we feel and he's one of us.

It's embarrassing sometimes Jay, you can see why the other side call us bitter, worst of all is the way some fans come on here slating our own players consistently, very embarrassing few weeks being a blue and you can tell by not many of the regulars posting as often as they normally do because they are keeping out of it, my last post for a few weeks until these so called fans crawl back into their hole, bye Blues.

2.) 02 May 2016 09:23:46
Murf we need posters with sensible comments and opinions to prove that not everyone of us are bitter blues. Eventually some will disappear back down there holes, hopefully the club will make a statement of intent and put people in the picture. they don't have to but it would put an end to the small minority who are constantly booing players and the manager. we all want a better team and with the squad we have we should be gelling better, young players need time but wether a new manager to bring the best out of them will be decided probably in the summer.

3.) 02 May 2016 10:41:29
Don't worry about what others post too much mate. Just have your say, and a bit of fun with it.

4.) 02 May 2016 10:55:23
No one deserves abuse thrown in there face, but unfortunatly its a way of life. Civil service and customer service jobs are prime examples, abuse these people receive although not all the majority are due to frustration on the complainants side.

That's everton at the moment, I in no way condone it, but it's a pot boiling over and before long if something's not done soon the press will get fed up of being on the side of the fans and turn on them using these abusive people as there news, that's my worry.

As for new posters Murf, iv been round for long time, used to post before we all had to make a log in, remember the days when we never knew which degsy we spoke to as we had that many. It's the frustration thing again, everyone wants to vent it. Better to have a wide range in the community than 10-20 all high fiving each other's posts.

I hope you don't stop posting as your insight and views is one of the few I enjoy reading.

Well said Jay I to find this behaviour uncomfortable to watch could be the same morons that abused young Stones at Barnsley!
Unfortunately a few idiots in every club take things to far, however you feel you get the impression Martinez is actually a dead man walking and now it's just the wait to see who actually delivers the killer blow to end it all.

I'm with degs on this and for the reasons he has given. I've been a season ticket holder for 25yrs this season and in 2012 moyes last season the fast paced high tempo passionate technical football we played was the best I have witnessed in my 25 years.

I would advise anyone to take a look at that season highlights before I get hung out to dry as well by the way. Just my opinion but I stand by it.
