Hi Ed’s. If there are any, can we have an update on the outgoings going in to the last week of the window? Thanks in advance.

HugoEFC

{Ed002's Note - Realisticly Fabian Delph, Yerri Mina and Jonjonjoe Kenny will stay. Sandro Ramirez and Moise Kean will go. Gylfi Sigurdsson, Nathan Broadhead and Yannick Bolasie have no takers but are available.}

1.) 01 Oct 2020 19:36:25
Will moise kean be permanent deal.

2.) 01 Oct 2020 17:11:22
cheers ed002, do you know if we are likely to be getting a new forward in prior to Kean going?

{Ed002's Note - Not the one to ask any longer.}

3.) 02 Oct 2020 09:31:44
Fair enough ed002 i'll take that as a no then. So its either a EFL player or no forward in till Jan, presuming Kean is off by Monday.

{Ed002's Note - I did not say that. What I am saying is that some pond life have decided to try and wreck things such that I am not prepared to share anything when being lied about and abused.}

4.) 02 Oct 2020 12:38:22
I’m sorry to read this Ed. The majority of us on here appreciate your information and your input. It’s a shame that people feel the need to give you abuse, therefore spoiling it for the rest of us.

Rumoured bid for Allan. Any truth, Ed’s?

HugoEFC

{Ed002's Note - I don't know if an offer has been made yet but Allan (CM) Napoli are keen to cash in on Allan but they value the player at more than Everton, Inter and Lazio want to pay for a player approaching 30.}

1.) 11 Aug 2020 18:16:06
€25-30mill is being mentioned. Case of who blinks first in terms of price? Thanks as ever, Ed.

2.) 11 Aug 2020 19:22:06
Pay the fee and support Carlo; if the many reports are to be believed, Allan is the guy he wants most to fix our midfield. I'm fine if we want to try to continue negotiating for a bit to try to get the fee closer to our valuation, but it's diminishing returns if this extends into training camp over €5M. (Of course, it's not my money. )

3.) 12 Aug 2020 09:28:45
coyb79 isn't that what was said about Gylfi pay the fee and support the manager. We need to be prudent throwing money at every player isn't what we need right now even if CA's says he need him.

Kovac is at the game 👀.

HugoEFC

1.) 07 Dec 2019 14:59:53
Is he in the frame for us.

2.) 07 Dec 2019 16:32:52
According to the 'Echo' GB he's on some sort of PL fact finding mission mate, fresh from getting the sack .

3.) 07 Dec 2019 17:00:03
Cheers mate.

4.) 07 Dec 2019 16:55:07
Hi Ed’s what’s your thoughts on him good fit? Don’t know much about him. Not sure he’s here on holiday watching Everton v Chelsea with your agent when a manager has recently Been sacked.

{Ed002's Note - He is of no interest to Everton. He is not on holiday but has been attending games across Europe.}

5.) 07 Dec 2019 18:03:44
Cheers Ed some timing to come and watch us. Bookies making a fortune because of it 😂😂. I don’t think Moyes will be coming in Ed as he wan ta a longer deal than 6 months.

{Ed002's Note - I suspect you are right about the timescales.}

12 Jul 2018 14:39:44
Lucas Digne apparently made available by Barca. Any links to the Blues?

HugoEFC

{Ed025's Note - not at the moment hugo..

1.) 12 Jul 2018 21:32:09
Would definitely take him wouldn't think he'd get much game time at Barcelona now let's see what Brands and Silva want first but should be looking at this one.

{Ed002's Note - You might have a very long wait.}

2.) 12 Jul 2018 23:27:39
Paul Joyce reporting our interest in Mina and Digne. don't come much more reliable than he.

05 Jul 2018 21:47:01
Looks like Tarashaj will be leaving next.

HugoEFC

1.) 05 Jul 2018 22:15:54
Yeah heard you the first time Hugo.

2.) 06 Jul 2018 08:40:30
Unsure why it posted twice. Apologies.

3.) 06 Jul 2018 15:40:27
No need to apologies Hugo. Often seen that happening before.

4.) 06 Jul 2018 17:41:34

5.) 06 Jul 2018 19:02:15

6.) 06 Jul 2018 23:14:06

Iwobi injured or is he off? Not seen anything about an injury.

HugoEFC

1.) 16 Sep 2020 20:16:02
Thought the same, he’s not listed as injured on PhysioRoom. Surprised he didn’t even make the bench.

2.) 16 Sep 2020 21:56:29
Fingers crossed he's moving on.

3.) 17 Sep 2020 07:12:23
More than likely one of the ones with C.V. and self isolating.
Let's see if he pops up in a week.

09 Sep 2020 19:19:46
Hi Ed’s. Knoq youve posted about them before but do are there any updates on any outgoinga from the club? Cheers in advance.

HugoEFC

{Ed002's Note - Not really but there is a huge amount of effort being made by agents to move players on.}

1.) 09 Sep 2020 21:28:45
Thanks again, Ed002.

23 Aug 2020 15:21:42
Hi Ed’s. From the outside looking in and a supporter, the club seems a shambles with no plan going forward. Can I ask if you know what the opinion of Everton, and how it’s run, is by those in the upper levels of the footballing world?

HugoEFC

{Ed002's Note - Folks don't generally have an opinion of how other clubs are run as such. There is no doubt the Brands and Ancelotti are very good at their jobs and both are well respected. But a lot of time and money has been wasted to get where the club find themselves now.}

1.) 23 Aug 2020 15:58:53
That’s fair. Seems clear that mismanagement in the previous 5 years is holding us back to a degree. Do you think that Brands and Ancelotti came purely for the salary or do they see some potential? Referring to your post in the Rumours page about Ancelotti and his salary, just an assumption with Brands.

{Ed002's Note - No not Brands.}

2.) 23 Aug 2020 16:24:08
Fingers crossed his faith is repaid!

10 Aug 2020 15:29:27
Hi Ed’s. Not a rumour but given the issues regarding the club’s transfer policy and FFP issues, could you explain how Brands’ relationship with transfers has changed, if at all? I remember it being mentioned that FM was taking third-party advice from outside the club at times and I was wondering if that’s still the case? I think what I’m getting at is Brands now “fully” in control or is the club’s transfer policy still influenced by those outside Everton? Just curious!

HugoEFC

{Ed002's Note - The third party involve has for now gone, so it is the management team of Brands and the scouts who will be identifying players. CA will also have some input.}

1.) 10 Aug 2020 16:05:52
Thanks Ed. Sounds a bit more hopeful than before I think!

2.) 10 Aug 2020 16:57:24
I would say Ancelloti will have more than a bit of input, you don’t spent a fortune bringing one of the best managers around who has won everything and knows the game inside out to not be the driving force, after all any player coming through the door will be coming to play for him as opposed to a team that is bottom half table side.

{Ed002's Note - CA is not the driving force - he is the coach. The driving force is Brands.}

3.) 10 Aug 2020 20:44:46
So the people who was giving the advice, gave about 200 million pounds worth of bad advice, and now we have no money to spend and brands can't do his job properly.
Got to love everton haven't you!

26 Nov 2019 14:45:39
The piece by Paul Joyce makes for some grim reading. Shame on the board for making Silva go through the ringer again. He doesn't deserve that.

HugoEFC

1.) 26 Nov 2019 14:58:04
''He doesn't deserve that. ''

I have to ask this Hugo, because you seem to have an extraordinary habit of feeling sorry for Marco mate, are you in anyway related to him? 🤔.

2.) 26 Nov 2019 15:22:55
Feeling sorry for silva are you mad the mans got a fortune also i feel sorry for us fans for having to watch tha pathetic excuse of football every week.

{Ed025's Note - im with you callum..

3.) 26 Nov 2019 15:58:43
I know this is a bit naive, given the pay off that would have to be paid, but surly an honourable man would have offered his resignation by now.

4.) 26 Nov 2019 16:00:10
The mans a fraud. Worse than Walker and he was bloomin awful.

5.) 26 Nov 2019 16:05:23
Aye, he’s crap and needs to get binned asap before things get any worse, but imagine being booed by 35,000 people in a stadium? Crap manager but doesn't strike me as a crap person who’d deserve that.

{Ed025's Note - i think he may be out of his depth hugo and he has ran out of ideas mate..

6.) 26 Nov 2019 16:15:26
Pains me to say it but I think Jamie carragher may be right that because of our upcoming fixtures we won’t get rid of him yet.
Potentially unfair on a new manager having to face our next 5 fixtures and may get the fans on his back at the start of their tenure.

7.) 26 Nov 2019 16:17:30
The only honourable men in football are the ones without agents.

8.) 26 Nov 2019 16:34:06
If he stays that long Gingerdan, guess the person who will be coming in then. Watch em all kick off then. Whoever really controls our board has lost his oars. I have said it, DC said it, Ed002 (neutral as he is) told us, there was no valid reason why Silva was employed. Koeman I thought would be okay, Martinez lost his way but those two had a good Premiership background. The evidence is/ was there regards Silva. We have been taken for mugs.

9.) 26 Nov 2019 16:36:16
Hugoefc, I do my moaning on here mate. I am with you regards booing at the game, don't agree with it.

10.) 26 Nov 2019 17:14:14
But then it’s unfair to put a new or temporary manager in charge of those fixtures.

{Ed025's Note - what do you want to do metz...wait until we are relegated?, a new manager should be eager to face the top teams and prove his worth mate..

11.) 26 Nov 2019 17:31:37
David moyes record against the top 6 is worse than Silvas. Moyes is part of the reason we have such a long losing streak against these teams.

{Ed025's Note - tell me about it smit mate..

12.) 26 Nov 2019 17:40:01
I think that’s a question you should ask every fan what do we want?
We all want Everton to be up there wining things and in champions league but we ain’t getting that with the type of manager we can get not without 2/ 3 years of a plan which is what we tried to do without seeing it out. So if it’s a case of like you said not getting relegated then we may as well bring sam back.
I would bring in Arteta with Moyes to help out till end of season.

13.) 26 Nov 2019 17:55:53
Why would Arteta swap working with Pep for Moyes, Trueblue?

14.) 26 Nov 2019 19:48:46
Whether Silva is being hung out to dry is not the issue for me. The issue is how unprofessional our club is behaving and has been for some years. We sack managers with no replacement lined up. We approach managers and get turned down. We panic and start looking at the likes of SA and DM. We only need to look at other clubs to see how they have dealt with similar situations. Most have had replacements lined up. I feel embarrassed at present to say I am an Evertonian. Shamed that my club has become a laughing stock in the football world. Even God would find our next 5 games impossible to get more than 3 points at most and he can produce miracles. If the way we are is FMs business management style then I hope he ***** off soon as his total lack of professionalism is starting to pee me orf! We are rotten from inside out and the whole thing needs cleansing.

15.) 26 Nov 2019 20:32:13
I didn’t say work for Moyes I said bring him in to help Arteta rebuild some standards.

16.) 26 Nov 2019 21:53:09
ToffeeAce, the only people in football who don’t have agents are the agents themselves 🤣🤣.

On the topic of Brands’ future, isn't his contract up this Summer? Or is it different because he’s on the board?

I desperately don't want Moyes in, but him as an interim with a view to a permanent manager to take us forward in the Summer makes the most sense. Deary me.

"First they came for the socialists". Could be a slippery slope if this goes through I think. Consolidation of power by the Top 6 before an inevitable European Super League.
