Let's look at the attributes of both players

Douc's
Highly mobile, fantastic engine, good stamina, decent tackler, good at closing the opposition, not the best passer, but can finish well on occasions.

Charlie
Great at dribbling, good passer, not too bad at closing down, good shot, can do set-pieces, good between the lines.

So what does this prove?

Myself play Charlie as 10, and Douc's as the 6 or 8 alongside Gana. This would allow Douc's and Gana to close down opposition with the forwards, then our players are doing the jobs their best at, including putting most attacking players further forward when we win the ball back.
