I am not being critical in this comment but does anyone think Tarkowski would be a better choice as captain. His temperament is more composed and handles pressure situations well. I know goalkeepers have been captains at other clubs. No way am I being critical of Pickford, just the thought whether an outfield player is better.

I don't think he handles pressure very well. He made a few bad choices yesterday including trying to stop Godfreys terrible back pass. If it was me I would take as much off him as possible and just let him play his normal game.

Tarks is a great choice for me.

Tarkowski would be a great choice but I feel he should settle in d part of the team properly before giving him that responsibility.
