I hope Ricky and Pickford stay, would probably sell DCL if need be.

Squad will be trimmed and hopefully some of our young guns will get their chance next season.

We need to be realistic in recruitment and shop wisely for a change. Get some players in who are hungry and not just journeymen looking for a decent payday.

This season has aged me, made me angry, sad and elated. Being a blue nose isn't a choice. It's a way of life, a privilege and a rollercoaster.

We could sell Pickford and buy pope. Pickford is too small and makes too many mistakes. He has made a few good saves the last few matches but for me he makes too many mistakes every season. Keepers are judged on the mistakes and the keepers who make the least are the best and most valuable. Say we got 30-35million for Pickford and buy pope for 15-20 then we quids in and pope be on less wages too.

Pickford and the saves he has made has kept us up this season. Keepers don't get the plaudits the forwards do but some of the saves he made towards the end of the season he had absolutely no right to make. He made them in multiple games and earned us more points than any of our forwards did. Or any of our other players for that matter.

To say keepers are only judged on mistakes is nonsense. And saying Pickford isn't good enough is just down right stupidity. I can only assume you don't watch the games.

So, using your logic, we should sell Pickford, England's No1, because he makes too many mistakes. You say sell him for 30-35m but want to replace him with a keeper who you value at 15-20m. Doesn't that mean that Pope makes more mistakes than Pickford? Don't forget YOU say that the keepers that make the least mistakes are worth more. ????.
