Newcastle working hard and looking well up for it tonight. I feel a bit more reassured that they can and should turn Burnley over on this showing - and what sort of mood will Arsenal be in on Sunday if their CL hopes are all but out the window after tonight?

Surely means the opposite regarding Arsenal. They’ll be going all out to beat us and hoping for a spurs banana skin against Norwich. Think this makes the palace game even more vital.

I'm with Yorkblue. They needed to win Sunday even if they won tonight but would have been going into the game with confidence. Now they aren't, and if spurs can get an early goal that could potentially create negative/ despondent atmosphere at the Emirates. Ultimately it's up to us to perform and do what we need to do but I certainly don't think tonight's result is a bad thing.

Spurs only need a point. Arsenal are done.

Don't see it that way Tmh, no way will Spuds slip up against Norwich, they'll hopefullybe 2 up at half time so if we're 0-0 at that point (by some miracle) then we may nick a point. (I am allowed to dream aren't I? )
Need to take all of the above out of the equation by beating Palace on Thursday. I am going 2-0 with Richy and Gordon to score.
