I have said for a while now we are going down, supported Everton since the sixties and seen good times and bad, but never have I seen a side so lacking leadership, heart of any fight whatsoever!
Without playing the blame game, you surely have to point the finger to years of poor management and a structure of the first team.
Look at a majority of our players and they have been signed from relegated clubs, therefore they do not have that winning mentality top clubs have!
To many poorly identified players not brought to fill a position but because they were available, the RB position has been identified as one that needs strengthening for the last 4 years and yet we have to play Kenny who we have desperately tried to get rid of last few years!
If or when we go down then this club needs rebuilding again but with a plan!

{Ed025's Note - I have a plan wakka …get rid of the lot of them from top to bottom and build a new club with an identity even if it takes a few years. I may not be around to see it mate..

Ed025 Even when Moyes was here he built around defence and then strengthened when necessary with out the budget of his successors!
HK must be turning in his grave!
Are we the only club that cannot manage its finances? and to think Everton FC was known as the bank of England in the seventies!

It won't happen ED. What happened to this fabled review of the club requested by Moshiri. Apart from appointing Graham Sharp as a NON Executive director - Nothing.

Couldn't agree more with the above comments. We have needed leadership in the team for years. We are the laughing stock of the prem at the moment. Delph has cost the club over £500.0000 per game since he came to us. Tosun also costing the club a fortune. That's why he will not leave! Look at the players we have bought that have been a complete waste of money. Gbamin
Moshiri and Brands at fault for the mess we are in .
Love us to stay up but have to admit i'ts not looking good.
