Now I am a Dunc lover as a past player and he is without doubt a true blue!
However, he has been a a part of the coaching staff now for quite a few managers, is his role dictated by the board to preserve his continued employment within the Everton family? have these managers been told he is part of the set up and they must accept it? how have other managers with their own preferred backroom staff felt about this.
His demeaner certainly under Rafa did not look a happy one, and you wonder what input he really has in his role?
Certainly many would not have picked the team he did! He really needs to get a role at lower level and gain some much needed experience to certainly succeed in the Premier level, many will question his tactical abilities.
Still let's hope he can turn things around in the time he has left in charge.

i was absolutely baffled that he went with a 442 after the last few games. and the decision to play kenny was also very questionable.

Problem is we are a bottom five club - people aren’t happy with names put forward - Rooney, lampard, Ferguson, Paraeria, Bobby etc

I though koeman would have been a good fit for us - seemed the best manager. I never really thought Bobby, Silva, Fat Sam an Benitez were a good appointment.

Carlo was ok but no way he was hanging around once Madrid came in and who can blame him

I honestly think Bielsa could be tempted - gets team playing 110% which is what we have been crying out for.
Plus he would in time have more money to spend - probably a bigger salary too

I think Allan, DCL, Decore, - even Tom would play better under him - he might even get a tune out of Iwobi - (joke)

I know it’s pie in the sky but he would be my pick. I think I’d go Rooney after that - think he’s done better at derby than lampard did given the circumstances.

Why on earth would Bielsa leave a squad he’s built, halfway through a season, to join one of the laziest teams in the league, which also just happens to be the worst run club in the league.

My only worry with Rooney Sobs is with him being back in the city and going astray again, last time as a player he severely let the club down!
