With Rafa gone our main problem still exists we still are left with many very poor players in our Team who I doubt are even good enough to be in the Premiership, who ever comes in will have to be a top notch manager, and looking at what is available I can only see someone like Paulo Fonseca being able to turn our Team around,

Our main problem is definitely not the players.

{Ed025's Note - its a lot higher up swan..

You told everyone who would listen that that Rafa was the man to take us forward GB, but already you see Fonseca as being the answer, we need to leave the Foreign managers alone, Duncan Ferguson is the sane man's choice, God know the lunatics have been running the asylum for too long.

{Ed025's Note - whoever comes in is on a hiding to nothing danny, too much interference from the board room im afraid mate..

Although I respect your opinion GB, and years of following this great club. On their day we do have some decent enough players to match up to many teams in the premiership. The problem is how they have been set up in resent games, and importantly the moral and confidence.
Agree we need some class in the team, but that’s not happening any time soon as we’re all to aware.
With the right set up, improved moral and confidence I’m sure we can survive this season and see how we can ship out and improve going forward.
Just send Rondon on an early holiday whoever takes the job on.

Yep and he didn’t live up to that but will support whichever manager is appointed, as to the players Iwobi, Holgate Keane Seamus etc etc are simply not good enough.

Genuinely don’t get this interference from the boardroom stance.

How can the influence from the boardroom affect the team training, team selection, the team seat up, the team tactics, the match day substitutions?

Whilst can see affecting players signed not sure how they day to day management of the club can be affected by higher up.

Who ever it is, what matters is 'the plans' in 'his' mind and the plans in the mind (s) of 'who ever' decides to hire him. we are in desperate need of serious 'Upgrades' in this respect!

We need a manager with passion and about of a personality I think.

Think it’s uneducated snobbery from the poster @ Ed0666 mate.

None of this foreign tip tap nonsense of the new brand of football, let’s go back to British basics.

Out of interest, 7 of the current top 8 in the prem are managed by “foreigners”.

All of the bottom 3, yes you guessed it, managed by British managers.

{Ed0666's Note - the irony
