The club needs a manager closer to the players age wise.
In the future would look at Phil Jagielka or Tim Cahill but needs to get a managers job in championship to start.
Think Jagielka just left Derby and gone to Stoke still playing at 39. Michael Carrick another option.

The advantage of a big name manager is they can help to attract big name players. Taking that on board it's not worked out in recent years.

The chances of breaking into the top 4 or even the top 6 realistically are zero for the next 3 or 4 years so get younger person in to develop, just as Moyes was years ago.

We can't afford big name players Brian so wouldn't worry on that point.

We attracted any big name players apart from Rodriguez and he was a waste of time.

Our lot won't stand to get a manager in and let him develope for 3 or 4 years. If there isn't Europe after season 2 he will get sacked and the merry-go-round will start all over again.
