Don’t think he has fully recovered from C.V. mate. Last season he was our fittest player. Tonight he looked gassed after an hour.

Don’t know Ed. But before he got it he was superb and had energy to burn. Looked gassed by the hour and his concentration levels were poor. Can’t just be a dip in form mate.

Something has hit him hard. This C.V. is serious rubbish if you are one of the unlucky ones. Next door neighbour fit as a fiddle but obviously a vulnerability somewhere. Oxygen dependent at the moment, scan showed blackened lungs, that is how bad it is. So yeah Godfrey may well be back to soon.
