Hard to believe it was only four years ago that Koeman was at our club. Now I know I'm getting old but time seems to be going a little too quick these days.
So a little bit of fun. If you could go back then who would you have picked instead of Koeman and why?

Another ex Red but one who knows the modern game
We got beat by Watford due to our own negativity, sitting back at Goodison against a lesser team and 'hitting' them on the break which gave them the confidence to come back twice and go on to win.

I wanted Rafa to take charge when CA left but 4 years ago after Koeman was sacked I would of had Moyes back in a heartbeat, I posted this 4 years ago. I know I’m in the minority but you’ve only got to look at what he’s achieving at West Ham to acknowledge this. Would of liked to have seen what he could of done with more money than what he was ever used to back in the day.

Okay Moyes or Rafa. The only place he (Moyes) 'failed' was at Sociedad, his Utd record was in reality quite good (albeit for a year ish) .

I know exactly how you feel Woburn about time passing far too quickly.

I would have suggested Moyes those years ago to return. I don’t think enough people realise how good a job he did while at Everton and on very limited budget. With money he would hopefully have done for Everton what he is now doing for West Ham.

Let’s hope Rafa can do the business.
