Only Everton can get a billionaire owner spend 500m on transfers and have a worse team with aging players, players who just aren't good enough and sick notes.

I am worried this year, we have constant injury issues and we need 8-10 new players.

If Rafa keeps persistent with iwobi and rondon the fans will turn and before the end of the season we will be looking for a new gaffer and paying him 5m to sit at home.

I think brands has to go, he has done nothing, wasted money and bought rubbish.

We need to press the reset button but we're running the risk of dropping out the league.

How Rafa can state I want players to understand what it means playing for Everton and then they turn out a performance like that.
Them lot just battered Watford and now they have battered us, put 5 past us

Davies, gbamin, rondon, iwobi, Delph, gomes, Keane, Coleman and holgate are all done.

For me digne is awful this year.
Allan is soooo slow and he's tied to another 3 years.
Godfrey is a shadow of himself, no awareness, no bottle.

With ffp we cannot compete unless usmanov comes on board and we break ffp and home we buy enough to get through a potential points dock.

Were heading only one way and that's down. Yesterday we were on a par with Norwich.

Bad defending for the West Ham goal last week, bad all round yesterday. We just haven’t got the squad in depth, there’s paper talk about Lingard I think we need more than him, but in Rafa we trust.

Gingerdan rafa has inherited the biggest pile of rubbish ever seen at goodison it will take at least 3 transfer windows maybe 4 to sort this crap out but it won't be sorted if phoney brands is still there can't blames rafa for unsworth being a rubbish coach where are the young kids coming through we have invested enough in the academy too many losers behind the scenes in comfortable jobs.

Yes let's all blame rondon for yesterday the truth is we are a rubbish club run badly and i for 1 are so glad that we have a world class manager in rafa who knows what we are about and actually wants to restore us to greatness.

Good post Ant, difficult to disagree with it, however we wanted a rich owner and have one but what is most disappointing in him is that with his experience at Arsenal he has made so many bad appointments and let managers waste millions on poor players that have not been fully fit and constantly are injured, many that are just NOT good enough, we have paid to much for them and are then stuck with them weighing down our wage bill.
First Walsh now Brands neither seem to have brought anything to the club in terms of young player development, and lastly our U23's is not providing any real talent to step up to the first team!

To be fair Penysarn, as someone else mentioned, we looked comfortable at 2-1 and from where we were sat that was certainly the case. I honestly don't know what happened other than there were 9 players out there that lost the plot. Looking increasingly like a case of sticking plaster until January.

Just shows how much we rely on Doucoure and Mina. For me, Godfrey isn't a CB in a two. Either plays in a three or RB in a two, maybe DM but needs experience. Simms or Dobin should have been given the nod above Rondon but we have Ricco back now. Gordon needs to start regularly. For now I'd go Pickford, Digne, Coleman, Keane, Godfrey, Gbamin, Allan, Townsend, Gray, Gordon, Ricco.
