Anyone noticed the fight an spirit in the players this season. Its a massive change each player is putting in 110 % and also fighting for each other its great to watch. Rafa is doing miracles with what's at his disposal. Gray an townsend are a breath of fresh air just shows what can be achieved with the fight attitude and hard work. And it seens to be rubbing of on some of the rest.

Impossible to give 110%.
It is nice to see the players actually playing like a team, working together and putting a shift in when they play - as fans this is all we ask for.

Not sure about miracles with what’s at his disposal, genuinely think we had a fairly decent squad when Rafa signed, however he’s showing he’s got the ability to get the best out of those players.

Helps that he actually appears to want to be with us and see us do well - not sure we could say that about Carlo.

Gray and Townsend are proving to be very shrewd acquisitions who have seamlessly fitted in with the team and seem to get what being an Everton player is about.

If we can recruit similar characters going forward then we could be in for a decent few years.

As much as this has to do with Rafa and his methods, I think every player in the squad had no choice but to step up and be counted this season. It's predominantly the same squad, give or take, that has seen off a few managers already. Contracts are also running down, has that affected some of the players? Are they giving more effort in order to get a new deal?
Rafa is exactly what we needed, the man takes no messing and is extremely thorough with his game management and tactical nous. Once the decks have been cleared then he won't have one hand tied behind his back and we can finally move forward in the Moshiri era.
