Arsenal agree £50m fee for Ben White. Not sure if we were ever actually interested, but definitely not happening now.

For me Arsenal always seem to buy players they don't need. Last season their defense wasn't awful but they didn't seem to have any goals in them but again they are buying a defender.

£50m for White is a crazy amount of money, I think he’s a good player, but £50m really? No thank you, Godfrey is just as good and less than half the price.
