Or even Dunc for me out of Rafa or him I'd choose Dunc. He's definitely qualified. Before anyone says he isn't ready I would counter that with sure I agree but until he gets a start he will never be ready.

We need someone to galvanise the fan base and squad and offer a bit of stability.

He did fantastic in his few games in charge. Hope if rafa gets the gig he will pass more experience on to Dunc. I think Dunc will be a cracking manager.

Think Rafa will keep on Duncan, doubt this would have been the case under Nuno, and whilst I full understand this will split opinion, for me I would take Rafa any day over Nuno, yes it will come down to results, but the man's a proven winner, Nuno a proven also ran.
