Pickford: He's fine, he can stay, he's been excellent for 3 months now, so long as he keeps it up, no problem with him as our number 1.

Olsen: Can stay or go, he's decent, we'll need a replacement if he does go.

Virginia: Needs a loan, can't have him as our backup when he's that young.

Coleman: Has to leave, none of this "contract for life" rubbish. His pace has gone, he can't get up and down the pitch like he used to, he's picking up more injuries and he's never been anything but awful at crossing the ball. He's been an excellent player and great servant but he's no longer good enough for where we want to be.

Holgate: Got to leave, he has had moments in which he's looked great, most of the time he flatters to deceive, will get decent money for him.

Mina: Would like him to stay in spite of his injuries, but he apparently wants to go, could make decent money on him too, although he is a good defender.

Keane: Another who has to leave, too inconsistent and can only play in one system, not good enough.

Godfrey: Made a few mistakes as expected but he's brilliant, haven't had a centre back who starts attacks since Stones, he must and will stay at the club, we need more like him.

Digne: He's class, never had or will have much pace but on the ball he's brilliant and is let down by poor movement from midfield and attack, must keep.

Nkounkou: With Thierry Small on the way up, a decision needs to be made whether Nkounkou will be used or not, we can sell and make profit, loan out and hope he becomes better, or keep him and use him as our backup, I'd like him to stay but a decision is needed this summer.

Allan: He's good on the ball, decent tackler, just has no pace, not his fault but it is what it is. Keep him, he'll still be useful.

Doucoure: Of course has to stay, he's been a great signing, one of only 2 midfielders with mobility.

Delph: Go, can't stand him, he's rubbish.

Gomes: Bye bye, lovely lad, handsome man, not a good footballer.

Davies: Another midfielder with mobility, can do different jobs in midfield and he never hides, keep him.

Gbamin: He's going to stay regardless, let's just hope he will be over his injury problems come the summer.

Iwobi: Get rid, can still get a bit of money back and he's awful, my 14 month old son runs faster than him.

Bernard: Go, decent player but has no pace and isn't what we need.

Sigurdsson: An effective player in the right system but he's not the type of player we need anymore plus he's getting old, get rid please.

James: Keep him if he wants to stay, he's too good to not keep. Will need a huge replacement signing if he goes.

Gordon: Sell or use, no more loans after this failed one, sell him for decent money or keep him and use him, decision has to be made now.

Richarlison: Sell if someone is dumb enough to buy him for huge money, if not, keep him, he'll be better next season with fans there hopefully.

Calvert Lewin: Misses some ridiculous chances but he has still scored 21 goals this season and will only get better, keep him.

Might have missed 1 or 2 but I don't really care. Of course most of the players I want to leave won't leave, but if we get some of them out and replace them with young and hungry players with energy, I'll be happy.

{Ed025's Note - i actually agree with every one of those swan, kudos mate..

Agree with a lot of your points Swan, being realistic I would keep Coleman whilst we bed in the new RB otherwise we will need 2.

Id keep all the CBs purely because I think we need more focus elsewhere, but would try and settle on a more settled back 4/ 5 whichever we go with.

No arguments in midfield, moving Iwobi out before he becomes totally worthless if he hasn't already needs to be a priority.

I think Simms will get another loan, hopefully Blackpool go up and he can stay there. Him and Yates seem to work very well together so could be great for him. On the flip side though DCL needs support from somewhere and Richarlison is not it.

Can’t disagree with any of that swan.
Disappointed with Holgate, because when he first arrived I saw him as another John Stones in that makes the odd mistake but full of promise.
Not sure we have enough up front in Calvert Lewin and Richarlison, both too easily knocked off the ball. Either something better or more goals from elsewhere needed.

I’d keep a few of those as squad players but pretty much agree with each of them.

Agree with everything apart from Ricky.

Agree apart from sigurdsson, you can stick him. I don't care if he cost 40 million. I don't care if its pressure. I don't care that he talks so well, I don't care how good he is in training. Absolute con artist. after 2 good games I'm thinking keep him. (wrong! ) he's consistently garbage and on reflection should have been sold straight after scheniderlin. He offers so little. Static most of the time, no pace, no energy and for 90% of his Everton career no effort. My distain for him is so great that I would nominate him for one of the worst players to ever wear the shirt and I've seen some really poor everton sides. I think what annoys me even more is that I can actually see talent but that means nothing without effort. I'd actually keep iwobi over him as at least he has a go even if misguided and rubbish!

Coleman had been one of our best players constantly up and down the wings and defending brilliantly.

Good comments regarding players leaving/ needing replacing. Major problem being do the coach/ manager and DoF agree with our majority! Judging by starting 11's and substitutions (when everyone is available) , I would say they do not.
