Half way through the season who is everyone player of the season so far for Everton and for them premiership?

Hard to argue against DCL, but I’d be tempted to go with Godfrey - superb addition to the squad.
De Bruyne’s the best in the league, probably best in the World.

Keane is up there with Allan JR and of course Digne, Godfrey has hit the ground running which was a pleasant surprise however Dom is my man, even when he doesn't score he takes defenders with him and creates space for others to get on the score sheet.

I’d go with Godfrey, Allan run him close in my opinion.

JB - genuine question do you really think KDB is best in the world? He’s a good player but think that’s a big statement. He’s played nearly all the games for city and they still struggled at start of season. They played better without him last night. Think there are some exceptional players at city but for some reason KDB gets all the plaudits.

Has to be DCL. On course for over 20 goals and not even a regular penalty taker like Vardy, Salah, Kane. Keane would be my second choice, but let's be honest we have been wanting a goalscorer for a while, and to have one we bought in cheap and developed is a real bonus.

I think City’s slump coincided with his. He was injury hot last season, as soon as he was back to his best, he took the whole team with him. 4/ 5 years ago you’d be talking about Ronaldo and Messi, but not now. I guess it depends on your criteria - but IMO, he sees and does things on the pitch that others can’t and has to be the best, or at the very least, in the top 3.

It’s a tough one, in world football it’s probably Ronaldo, he’s like the Duracell bunny and still going and he’s proven in 3 different leagues, that’s what separates him for me

In our team, before injury Allan was in with a big shout
DCL has raised his game and is getting the service he’s cried out for, think Big Dunc can take a lot of the plaudits for his development
Keane has been immense and justifying why we paid that money
James is just class, no more than we expected
So for me it came down to Doucoure or Godfrey, and despite the fact Doucoure is the beating heart of that midfield Godfrey nicks it for me so far, he’s come in hit the ground running and surprised me with how versatile he’s been nailing each role he’s been asked to play! 👏👏👏.
