Well I think we have found our level now. Forget Europe, mid table is where we will finish.
Think by the time January comes around we will be outside the top ten.
Still don't get formation choices or team selection. And am baffled by the lack of opportunity for our younger players.
Something is definitely wrong inside this club. As I write this I am watching an interview with Walcott who says he is so happy to be at Southampton. Says the vibe around the club is great. Get the feeling that might not have been the case with us.

As soon as the team was announced I posted that “that was enough for me, Carlo’s
lost the plot” but it was never printed.
He is obviously a stubborn man and must take exception to any constructive criticism or suggestions.
Why the likes of Delph, Iwobi are preferred to Nkounkou and Kenny is beyond comprehension and Gordon and Simes should be on the bench instead of the likes of Gomes, Sigurdsson and Tosun.
It’s the first time I haven’t bothered to watch the game because the outcome was obvious.

Whilst not a great result it’s still a point.
Team actually looked better in second half and not as knackered as usual.
Some nice movement from us going forward just didn’t quite click.
Pickford again made some decent saves.
Iwobi looked good and if he can improve his final ball will be a good player for us

Would like to have seen some of the youngsters given a chance on the bench. Gomes off the pace. Sigurdsson could have won it for us but for putting it too close to Pope. Tosun not given enough time to make an impact.

However a better performance from the last game in my opinion.

Gingerdan, Burnley are second from bottom and City put five passed them without breaking sweat. We are making poor teams look good.
Let's face it if it hadn't been for Delphs injury we wouldn't have changed formation at a time when we were going nowhere.
Now I do not believe that these are all bad players, but for some reason they just don't click.
Felt this was another poor performance, and am certainly not looking forward to our next few games.

The problem is people playing out of position. I think it's pretty simple.
