Holgate fit is a bonus. Play Holgate as DM in front of back four release Alan CM with Dacre. Gordon left Rodriguez right then DCL.

Yes ed so would I. Or even play 5 at the back Keane CB Holgate and Godfrey either side. James at Cam with DCL and tosun up front.

What's with the love for Tosun lately and the clamour for him to be included in the team? We discovered long ago that he simply isn't good enough. Taking out our wide play options to play Tosun as a 2nd striker is an awful idea in my opinion.
One wild option could be to try Gordon as the number 10 and give Nkounkou a try as wide left - Carlo tried it last year with Sidibe on the right when we were short on men so it's not out of the realms of possibility.

{Ed025's Note - i think supporters were just happy to see a new face worcester, they are fed up with the same dross being paraded every week when we have a couple out, siggy, iwobi, bernard and delph being rotated and none of them worth a carrot hardly gives your adrenalin flow a boost mate, i agree he is not good enough but at least it was something different..

We discovered no such thing Worcester. Like we discovered nothing about DCL. Both are box players. Carlo has said the same about both. Feed them.

Something different yes Ed025, and i can definitely see that point, but my heart sinks at the thought of Tosun being our best option left to use. The guy is only useful for an aerial route one threat but DCL easily utilizes that option anyway, i think he's up there as one of the very best attackers in the league for outjumping a defender for a headed chance.
If we are to take anything against Man Utd, we either need to bring back more wide pace to get crosses into the box or someone in the number 10 role who will drag the defenders out of position all game long to free up DCL. Sadly that's an option we are missing right now.
Of course it's all about personal opinions and we all have differing ones, but i just can't get the slightest bit excited by the inclusion of Tosun. If we go 2 strikers then why not try the young lad who was on the bench last week instead. Simms was it?

{Ed025's Note - simms looks a great prospect worcester and hopefully he will get a chance soon enough, but its the same old problemwith us mate lack of creativity to make chances for the forwards, maybe if we get isco or someone like that things will change but for now it looks like its a grind for the next couple of months mate..

Play Gordon in no.10 role. Or in place of Gomes with a free reign going forward. Has the energy and skill to drag the defenders all over the shop.
