Weston Mckennie to Juve on loan with view to buy for 15mill.

Why aren't we all over that instead of Doucoure?

I assume that maybe once Juve were interested, we could not compete with the offer. Or with us maybe signing Allan, they would prefer to sign a second midfielder who has Prem League experience? that's even if we sign anyone at all, this is Everton at the end of the day!

Would rather take Doucoure as he has premier league experience and, imo, is less of a gamble for the cash involved.

When the player clearly indicates they want to come then that helps the financial side too. I suppose you don’t have to coax them with too high a wage. And yes we all know what Dacoure can offer in the Premier League.
