Ancelotti has been asked to turn an average family saloon car into a competition race car.
So first thing he needs to do is replace the slow sluggish engine with a quicker power unit. Install a sub structure to improve balance and support, and wider tyres to keep the car on the road.
Then he just needs someone to drive it, and keep pushing it on.
Oh and someone who can change a wheel without dropping it on the floor, or letting it role between his legs.

{Ed025's Note - it will take time for carlo to turn this lada into a rolls royce woburn, it looks like a scrapper at the moment mate..

A Lada was built for tough winters, when the going gets tough they did a job, we seem to have a Convertible bunch with the hood down in a Siberian winter, hiding and cowering.
