I'm ready to be berated for this but here goes.

For me Silva has to stay now. The moment to let him go was post Norwich, and to my mind the powers that be have made the decision to stick and should dam well stand by that decision and if it goes south then more than just Silva need to face the consequences.

What I don't want is speculation, and fan abuse week in week out. Sunday wasn't the result but it was better, and anyone who says otherwise is simply trying to turn the knife - which quite frankly is not needed at this point.

The only thing for me that would be better at this point than sacking Silva and getting someone else in, would be for us to buck the trend, stand by our man and for things to turn around. We have tried firing and re hiring over and over, and since I don't have any faith in us making the right appointment we may as well, as fans try and get behind what we've got!

Could be that the manager we want has not been available until now.

Yes, we played better yesterday than we have in a while but the change to formation that Silva went with second half put us under pressure and. as is usual for us, we crumbled. We've conceded four or five goals in injury time this year which is obviously not good enough. Is it a lack of fitness or is is due to the tweaks the manager makes mid-game?
You're right mate, the time to get rid was after the Norwich game but I don't think there is any going back for him right now, if we lose our next game then he has to walk, things aren't getting any better and we are dropping perilously close to the relegation zone. He looked like a man that had accepted his fate when their second goal was given yesterday, the board need to take a look at themselves for hanging Silva out to dry. He hasn't covered himself in glory during his tenure but, just as importantly, neither have the board. It's turned into a shocking mess mate.
