If Silva is sacked then I cannot see him getting another job or chance in the Premiership. Can't see any club taking him on. Maybe start again in the championship or Scottish league.

he must have the worst record of any manager in the premiership.

Look at Pardew and how long it took to find him out. Have said many times, like many others when I worked and had to recruit you get many applications so first action is/ was to perform a quick cursory followed by more in depth then followed by initial interview, then followed (normally) by a second. Hopefully you end up with a good appointment. In Evertons case can anyone honestly say they think that happened this time around. Quite baffling.

With our recent track record he will walk in a cushy international job and we will pay his wages.

I agree with that Uran, I think he may have 'cooked his goose' in the PL ''if'' he goes etc.

At this moment in time we can see a manager completely out of his depth.
He must be wishing Utd or some club more attractive than us were waiting in the wings like us when he was at Watford, only this time no one has turned his head, the guy isn't up to scratch full stop!

all of this is conjecture at the moment though. I would like to think they are currently thrashing out severance terms before departure announcement but breath is firmly held. If they have (despite obvious evidence) , decided to give him more time, it is no stretch to determine their heading set for Premiership Relegation.
