Guys we have had the easiest start of the season ever and the worst start ever Considering the money spent Silva has to go.

This coach has pushed us back two years. There was no evidence prior and certainly not since that he has the ability or of late the will to push us forward. In short the Club made a huge mistake, one that perhaps is now dawning on them. Our next Coach/ Manager has to be here long term in order to rebuild from the foundations up. Who that is, will be down to serious research.

Let's see what happens with West Ham on Sat am really looking forward to watching this game as hopefully we have no injuries from the footy over the weekend, last chance saloon for Marco I would think, if heaven forbid we loose again and we put in a crap performance as well.

Not saying he’s the right man or not.
However where’s all the support gone from the end of the last season when we had a good run of form? Everyone was raving about how well he was doing how we were finally competing and who finally got us beating the top 6 team and performing really well at the end of the season.
Is this just a horrible blip and we’ll get back on track or has everything changed from the end of last season?

I completely understand Gingerdan, but we can’t keep doing this hot and cold form. We will win nothing with inconsistency. I was so excited at the start of the season as there was no reason why we couldn’t continue last seasons form. But low and behold, here we are again. That’s my reason for not giving him my support. And as I have said. He needs to change things now and then have no other “blips” this season. Nothing short of that is acceptable to me.

Who was raving I wasnt, the bloke had a lucky eun as did we. Just look at some of them. Also the fightback started when he included Jags. We have some good players at this Club, Richarlison for Brazil, Tosun for Turkey. Can you or anyone explain or show evidence why Silva was hired in the first place. I said the other day and GB among others seems to following what I predicted. A good result against the hammers and Silva will be the Messiah once again. Consistency is what is needed and Silva has shown over and over again he is incapable.

@Ace good post mate, and with regards to last season for me this is the reason for my own disillusionment with Marco.
From an extreme high expectation to the polar opposite . The signs of consistent improvement without and lame excuses is the case now, as far as I am concerned!
