Never thought i'd say this but get welbeck signed now rip up mirallas's contract absolute waste of time easy to say its only pre season an results don't matter but i don't think any player go's into a game if its professional or a kick about on the park not wanting to win an that's what that looked like DCL is not the answer walcotts first touch is worse than Lukaku's! Delph was one of the only players who looked like he had anything about him today.

Our priority should be a Centre Half. it’s all gone quiet on that front. got this awful feeling that we are waiting to take one of United’s mis-fits once they sign Maguire.

I’m not sure that centre back is more of a priority than a goal scorer. We have kept clean sheets but have not scored goals. Surely we need at least one striker to strengthen what currently looks quite impotent?

Mina has too many mistakes in him. Kean needs a decent partner. there’s no gurantees any new signings will knock them in. especially the ones we’ve been linked with. keeping them out is just as important as scoring them IMO.

BobbyBingo - Don’t think we are watching the same team if you think CB is our priority. We don’t score goals and haven’t since Lukaku left and at the moment who is going to play RB if Coleman gets injured? AGAIN.
Now I do agree we need another CB as I’m also unsure about Mina but it’s certainly not our priority.
If we can only sign another 1-2 players I’d certainly choose a ST and we need a RB.

From what I have seen Lewis Gibson looks a real prospect at centre half, played well when he came on at Wigan.

Bobbybingo, there’s also no guarantees that whoever comes in to at centre back can provide clean sheets. We are yet to see a fully fit Mina with a good run of games behind him, and I saw a few mistakes from Zouma through December and January before the team went on a good run that started in Cardiff.

Clean sheets are important yes, but you’ll never win without scoring. We need strikers, number one priority.
