I feel a bit like Dark clouds, accentuating the negative, but here goes. Why are we playing most of our friendlies away from, obviously for money. However is it the right way to prepare your squad for the season continually travelling., instead of practicing tactics. Remember how sloppy defensively we were at the beginning of last season.

Until we sign a 20 goal a season striker we have work out how to best use the resources we have. Or have a plan B/ C or D. That wasn't evident against Wigan!

I heard we were playing the friendlies away because of the work happening at goodison meaning it could not be passed as safe for games. Not 100% whether it is true or not but I know they were redeveloping the boxes.

We only ever have 1 friendly at home, we always play mainly away games.
