Highly unlikely but if Lookman is going to red bull Leipzig why don't we offer some cash as well and look at getting Timo Werner coming the other way, cracking striker and would be a great addition. He doesn't seem to be linked with any team at the moment and only a year left on his contract could be the ideal time to try and strike a deal.
Wishful thinking on my part but who knows.

No worries Ed, just wishful thinking on my part.

Thought with him not signing a contract extension at RBL he may be looking for a new challenge, admittedly should be playing in Europe for a top team, but sometimes the lure of the premier league and the money involved makes players choose teams you wouldn’t necessarily associate them with.

He’s saying money talks look at De gea the lads been saying he wants a move to play champions league so united have offered him a mega contract and now he looks like he's signing a nee deal, I read somewhere that Werner is willing to run his contract down to sign for byern next season.
