I'm for giving our current manager a chance. This season we have cost ourselves points not because of the manager, but because we make basic errors that lead to goals. I think our style is good, but the personnel is not. No striker is a massive problem for us. Our right side is a nightmare. Walcott is terrible and Coleman hasn't been the same. Teams are exploiting our weaknesses and are having success. When you think the team we had last season to Now. Martina on the left, Rooney in the middle with Schnederlein, Jags and Williams oh god just thinking about it. Its a big improvement personnel wise. Marcel Brands will know exactly what we need. I still say give Marco Silva time, because too many people think, bad results sack the manager and after 20 games it's way too early to make that call.

couldn't agree more aussie give him time, i always think it takes 3 windows to get a team that is the managers and not dross he has inherited so come this time next year if we're terrible it's silvas fault 100%, but right now he has a style but not the players capable.

Up to a point I agree with you. But surely you are not advocating change all 11 players of the first Team. Millions has been spent already, last two games (since injury) Gomes has been off the pace, Richarlison (since Liverpool) has been out of form, chucking himself on the floor (Grandson - an erstwhile CB and Liverpool supporter, came with us yesterday, wanted to watch Richarlison (wants a Brazil shirt) , spent part of the game yelling at Richarlison to get up (bit harsh at times but 100 percent correct at others) . There has to come a point where you ask why are these players out of form, Training/ tactics/ trust/ confidence! bottom line it has to come down to the coaching.

4 games in 10 days has to be taken into consideration KTF.
Gomes looked drained. Once Gomes is innefective it leaves Gana and Siggy to get the ball forward and for all his good points, Gana is terrible at anything creative.
We need a quality replacement for Gomes and Gana for periods like this, and we just don't have them yet.
Even a striker would enable us to drop siggy deeper and use Bernard as a 10.

We went 10 games without a win under Koeman and still finished 7th so let's not get too disheartened just yet.
