Once our new stadium is built will we be liable for ground rent?
If so does it affect the FFP for Everton in any way?

{Ed002's Note - The land is to leased once planning permission is given - so the lease has to be paid. There is sadly no point in me explaining the FFP implications.}

I just wasn't sure if ground rent was to be paid on top of the lease fee. My mind can once again be rested.

{Ed002's Note - The lease that is agreed at the moment just covers the land, not the stadium.}
