Well it's all happening, Koeman wants Rooney but with the Keith Harris appointment does that mean that Roo will be joined with
Orville, Cuddles and Monkey in the window?

United fan here, i think koeman was just sitting on the fence as it would have created unneeded scrutiny on your team.

Personally i don't see unless lukaku is leaving or there is a serious issue with barkleys development why you would want to bring rooney back if you take sentiment out of it considering the financial commitment you would have to make.

He is half the great player he was at his pomp, he's probably the best utd player I've had the priveledge to watch next to Scholes.

The best case would be experience in a young team but you already have the likes of jagielka, williams, baines and barry who are good senior pros.
