Good result last night but what is clearly evident is how good RK is at managing team tactics during matches. That 1st half was not good I actually thought both Ross and Kev were shocking. I don't think Kev plays well down the left I always preferred him on the right, that's where he played really well for DM when out wide. Having said that RK certainly knows his players as once he was put in behind Rom his game picked up really well. I also love RKs honesty about our performances in post match interviews. Just not good enough in the 1st half and better in the second but still room for improvement. Rom also gave a good interview with Bainesy its all about the team now. The future is bright. COYB.

I think Rom gave his most truthful interview ever last night and he came across as genuine to me. He didn't gloat about his first hat trick for us instead he actually criticised his first half performance saying he just was not good enough. I would go as far as saying he did that for 2 reasons, 1) he is learning that he has to work hard for us and 2) as a mark of respect to RK.
