Quick question,

You boy's were over the moon a few years ago when you signed a manager who had just been relegated, but you don't seem too happy on Ronald Koeman, who despite losing some of his best players at start of season, has just finished 5th, 3 points off a top 4 spot.

I'm confused.

Because he's Moyse all over.

I will be very happy with RK much more confident then when we got Roberto.

We played them at beginning of the season and made them look below average. But look what he has achieved since then. 16 points above us, three points from CL as stated above, same goals scored and 14 less conceded. With a ravaged squad that is some achievement. Maybe not my first choice but better than what we had.

How is he Moyes all over. For me he has Moyes nous for setting up his defence but going forward the opposite to Moyes. Going forward all Koemans teams play fast attacking creative football. The way football should be played. Watched a lot of Southampton last season because the football they played was easy on the eyes. To give him no credit for what he has achieved is ignorance or just a lack of footballing knowledge, getting Southampton there record points tally twice in two seasons means he out performed Pottachino and anybody else in saints history. All this while losing his best players. But Koeman went and got replacements a lot cheaper and made them better players. Shane Long is playing a lot better than any other time in his career and credits that to Koeman and a lot of Southampton players make the same claim he made them better players. So if he signs I for one will be delighted.

I'm not a moyes fan by any stretch but I don't get the amount of blues and kopites that have a dig at his style of football. Baines and pienaar are still talked about as being one of the best partnerships in the premier league era on the wings. That was down in the main to moyes and they played well together week in week out so how could we be this long ball team that everyone seems to blame moyes for.

I wanted him gone 3 years before he left because I thought he had taken the club as far as he could but give me his style over martinezs any day.

Id be happy with keoman dags. Any manager is a gamble but rk is the safest bet now at this point. he's done a stella job the last 2 years and gets my vote. If we do go down the road of appointing a dof tho i'd love it to be monchi. The guys rep is outstanding.
