Aflm78 and cobyone I have to agree with a lot you say below. I'm far from Martinez biggest fan and said I'd pass better judgment on him at the end of the season. But the fans sometimes are so fickle, its unbelievable.

Martinez picked the same team today. I'm sure a lot of people were happy with that. I know I was happy to see Robles in goals. We let in a sh*ty goal. Played well but the ball would just not go in.

I know Martinez substitute's were brutal. Absolutely desperate. Kone and Osman and Mirallas sitting on the beach. Lennon did deserve to finish the game too.

The giving out about Martinez is a bit much. As I said yes the subs was mind boggling. But did everyone think we were going to win all the remaining games? We are going to have a stinker of a game every so often. Even if Martinez does everything right that doesn't mean we are automatically going to win.

Tony Pulis is a shrewd manager imo. I think I heard today that since he took over West Brom they have the most clean sheets in the premiership. Not a bad record for any manager. He obviously knows how to organise a team.

I'm as frustrated as anyone with todays game. Especially the subs and I won't mind if Martinez is let go and we get a new manager.

But why all this giving out. We won the last 3 games well and everyone was selling Stones and saying thank god Howard was injured. I'm happy Robles is getting a proper run but I'd never want to sell Stones. Why do a lot of people give big reactions to when things go wrong?

We are going to lose games. As I said I'm as frustrated as anyone with todays game. For the same reasons as most people. But I don't feel the need to give out loads. Have to be realistic and as aflm78 and cobyone say get behind the team. Support them to do better.

If your brother or sister were struggling for whatever reason would you's not all support them? Get behind the team no matter what. We are Evertonians. I know today was a bad day but I can feel good times ahead. It's just around the corner.

The fans have a right to moan NBTB money is tight nowadays and all we ask for is a good display at home. As I said in an earlier post if you went and ate in a top restaurant and the food was crap you would complain the same applies I'm afraid.

Don't be so sanctimonious, I for one am solidly behind the Team and yes we have the best Squad for many a season. Yet this Squad is failing and under achieving in so many areas, there can only be one finger pointed, any other would be ignorance.

Duncansmum the problem is that by not getting behind the team we are merely adding to the problem. Martinez may have his deficiencies but that is not the players fault.

It's almost as though people don't want the team to do well as this would mean having the manager stick around for longer.

We all want the team to be doing better yet we seem afraid to show it. And you can almost sense the players anxiety whenever we play at home.

We are part of the problem at the moment.

No we are not! We should be winning at home day in day out. You are just brushing over the cracks saying the fans are partly to blame it's plain to see. Can you honestly say we are at full potential under RM? He has had time and has been in the game long enough to make the basic right subs god even my 5yr old son questioned ours today! Shocking game management from a so called seasoned manager.

If the players can't perform because of the fans then they are not good enough. Top players perform no matter the atmosphere. Top players perform so that boos are rarely heard. Yes, the manager isn't good enough but are the players? We have some good players but we're also guilty over building them. They are not world class

Negativity breeds negativity soldier blue. People like you are very quick to point the finger but don't want to accept that we as fans have our part to play as well.

I'm not brushing over any cracks where in my post have I tried to make excuses for RM or the team!? I'm just pointing out a fact. The fans at the game are poor and are adding to the problem. Grow up and stop being so defensive.
