I've just gone cold at the thought of the ultimate nightmare.

Imagine we achieved the improbable and won the rest are game and claimed 4th spot, and Moyes went on to win the champions league. Surely not!

The clairvoyant, Shirley Knott, has looked into the future and has foreseen that ManUtd will not win this season's UEFA Champions League. She refused to say who she foresees finishing fourth in this season's Premier League.
Personally speaking, I don't believe all this fortune telling mumbo jumbo - I think it's a load of (crystal) balls ;-)

Mr. Moyes will be providing color commentary for NBC in the US next year at the rate Man United is going.

His only hope. win the CL.

By the way, who would take Felli back for 5 million?

I probably would do New Blue, but only if he drastically changed his temperament and commitment. If the team isn't playing well he just thinks that's his cue to give up and go missing, in reality a player like him should be taking the game by the scruff of the neck. If he was to return, he should be sat down in a room and told to watch videos of Tim Cahill to understand what true commitment is. Also, I would only have him back if he played in a deeper role.

Don't worry, it won't happen. Manchester United winning the Champs League that is.They are the worst team left in it and Moyes the most technically limited coach. If Everton do miss out on 4th Manchester United will have nothing to do with it.

Bitter, I agree with most of your post until u said play him in a deeper role. I think this is when he went missing and was not so effective because his passing is suspect at times. I'd use him as an impact sub on 20 mins left if drawing or losing a game and use his quality of height, but not to the extent moyes did. Play him in the attacking mid role behind the striker, but build up play to the byline and cross balls into the box with him attacking the back post to nod back into the 6 yard area for tap ins.
