I want O'Neill, think he gets good signings {Ed025's Note - then you my friend...are deluded!..

1.) 27 May 2013
If Martin O'Neil ever become Everton manager I'd nail my season ticket to my seat and never go the game again until he was removed. Truly the most overrated and annoying manager of all time, Pardew comes close in second.

BitterBlue {Ed025's Note - im with you bitter..

2.) 27 May 2013
Yet another relegation fodder

3.) 27 May 2013
A friend if mine had what I think is a reasonable idea. Now he's free look at Mike Phelan, he was well thought of at Utd. {Ed025's Note - hmmm..

4.) 27 May 2013
With neville On coaching staff. Strange shout but he'd have to be a clever little call. certainly worth thinking about. Jlaff

5.) 27 May 2013
Strange shout, one of the worst shouts you mean, one of the most anti-footballing managers around

6.) 27 May 2013
Well guess who the Porto boss was no 2 for? If vp can learn and contribute so much to Avb then surely phelan as SAFs right hand man must have considerable knowledge and respect from the utd team and fans. don't be too hasty with negative assessment of him. In comparison to DF, David weir, stubbs, Neville, Martinez, vp etc. he could arguably be more experienced in many many ways. SAF does not suffer fools lightly. just a thought. jlaff

7.) 27 May 2013
I agree with jlaff. Just because he doesn't come out all guns blazing it doesn't mean that he doesn't know what's going on. The results don't lie, the only question is whether he his just suitable as the number 2.

8.) 27 May 2013
Agreed dave882. there's only one way to find out. a gamble but no worse than a lot of the other names mentioned IMHO. Jlaff

9.) 28 May 2013
Bryan Kidd was one of the most highly rated number 2's out there. Then he went to Blackburn. Number 2 was a phrase used to describe his management skills there. Blue Lee

10.) 28 May 2013
Blue lee yer right but there are also opposites to that. so you never know.?. any new aoppointment is a gamble. Jlaff
